Job Summary

Assist in developing and scheduling content across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
-
Draft captions, graphics briefs, and post copy aligned with brand voice and messaging

Maintain and update the monthly content calendar

Research relevant awareness days, mental health topics, and trending content formats
-
Monitor engagement and compile basic performance metrics
-
Support the creation of psychoeducational content in collaboration with clinical staff
-
Assist with community management (responding to comments/messages as directed)
-
Help coordinate clinician features, spotlights, and staff-facing content
-
Stay current on platform trends and algorithm changes and share relevant insights
-
Attend weekly check-ins and contribute ideas during content planning sessions

Follow up with clients, social media inquires, or staff as needed

Draft and send monthly staff and subscriber newsletters

Clinicians
Remote (Full Time and Part Time)
Job Summary
-
Provide individual, family or group therapeutic counseling and/or educational and skill development sessions as indicated in the service plan
-
Monitor patient progress and compliance with the service plan
-
Write timely progress notes that relate directly to the treatment outcomes described in the service plan
-
Assemble, analyze, and interpret new/updated information about the consumer to reassess treatment needs
-
Identify unmet needs, review available resources, and modify the treatment plan as necessary
-
Provide only consumer services that are authorized in the service plan
-
Establish, document, and implement treatment plans; attend organizational staff meetings
-
Clinical skill and experience to assess, plan, develop, coordinate, and provide treatment, rehabilitation, and support services to clients with severe and persistent mental illnesses
-
Participate in providing treatment and dual diagnosis services
-
Maintain confidentiality and security in accordance with ethical standards and HIPAA
-
Ensure comfort of the patient

Maintain necessary patient records and inventory of administered tests

Maintain timely billing reports
Required Qualifications and Skills
-
Active license issued by the Iowa Board of Science in good standing (LMSW, LISW, tLMHC, LMHC)
-
Be willing to work at least 10 or 20 billable hrs/week
-
Be able to work well independently and autonomously
-
Strong clinical skills and commitment to providing quality mental health services
-
Demonstrated experience in serving communities of color, LGBTQIA/queer community, and/or other marginalized communities
-
Demonstrated commitment towards professional growth in areas of social justice, diversity, oppression, or in working with diverse and underserved communities (e.g. workshops, CEUs, etc.)

Adhere to the Iowa Board of Behavioral Science ethics and requirements

Job Summary

Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create, and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy

Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community

Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals

Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol

Required Qualifications and Skills

Candidates are required to be a current student in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university and on track to obtain licensure in their designated field
